To order CAT/5 Tests online:

There are two simple steps to order and pay online:

1)Please fill out the order form below. Add up the total cost of your order and write it down. Click the button at the bottom of this page to submit your order form to us.

2)You will then automatically be directed to a page where you can pay for your order securely online with a credit card, debit card or electronic funds transfer via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account.

Test Agreement and Payment Info:

The Test Agreement is an important legal aspect of your order (click here to read). The agreement must be signed by the home school teacher or by the private school teacher for the order to be filled.
